Day 38: Ankles feeling much better!

Â I mentioned earlier that my ankles had been feeling really stiff before I started doing my daily yoga practice. I was hoping yoga would help, and now I can attest to it! My ankles feel normal again and the tingling has stopped as well. A few days ago I noticed the tingling sensation and I was hoping that was a good sign. Today I believe it was!
Yeah Yoga!
