Day 38: Ankles feeling much better!

Today I took a Bikram yoga class and I made a mental note to myself to check in with my ankles.   I mentioned earlier that my ankles had been feeling really stiff before I started doing my daily yoga practice. I was hoping yoga would help, and now I can attest to it! My ankles feel normal again and the tingling has stopped as well. A few days ago I noticed the tingling sensation and I was hoping that was a good sign. Today I believe it was! :-) Yeah Yoga!

 

Day 37: Bikram Yoga

Great class today. Felt strong in the poses. Good energy. Teacher set a nice pace that was really good for me as well. Really helped make this class a strong one. Sometimes if teachers take too long or too short of a time to set up for a pose, I notice this can effect how I feel in the poses.
