Day 63: Yoga and Body Rolling

The balls are squishy and seem to provide just enough pressure to get into your muscles and ligaments and bones. I really think this is therapeutic for any blockages or tightness one may be experiencing.
Jason has done 3 days in a row of Bikram now. He is already noticing better flexibility!
