Day 81: Part 2-Bikram

I decided to go to Bikram tonight with my husband. It was a good class. Not too hot and I was able to really push myself to my edge in all the poses. I noticed the biggest improvement in bow pose. I could really see my feet going high above my head. :-)

 

Day 81: Power Yoga

This class is always a great workout. We did some good hip openers, which I needed. Anytime I feel a little stressed about things, my hips get really tight. Good hip openning stretches are great for this!
