One Year Of Yoga

Today the studio started a new schedule. I was not mentally ready for change. I have so much change going on that I wanted the comfort of an instructor I already knew and liked. Today’s instructor was different. She held the class by candlelight. I didn’t really like this because it was 10:30am and I needed light to energize me for the day. I missed the usual instructor. Oh well. I’ll be moving and have to find all new instructors I like anyway.
