Day 22: Ashtanga
Posted in Ashtanga Yoga on 09/23/2009 10:44 pm by DonnaAshtanga is what Vinyasa is based on. Â The class follows a series of poses. Â This is a good class for building upper body strength. Â I also noticed my ankles are extremely tight. Â Hopefully, I will be able to improve this over the next year!
