Day 56: Yoga and Body Rolling

After all, I have 365 classes to do this year, so I have nothing to lose if I don’t like it! Â It was really fun. The instructor handed everybody three different size balls. Then she had us place certain ones in different places on our body and we rolled on it. You could really feel the ball massaging your muscles. The instructor had us roll on one small ball, under our bellies to get into the “toxic pit” as she called it. Â By getting movement and circulation in that area, your body is able to get rid of the toxins easier. Â I felt so relaxed and good when I was done with class. I think I will go back.
