Day 65: Yoga Basics Class

yoga-225x300Very good Basics class. I am really trying to refine my postures and one pose in particular, pigeon. That one is so hard for me, but by really focusing on relaxing the hips in class today, I noticed some improvement! I am curious how long it will take me to go fully into the pose.

One day I would like to be able to do “One-Legged King Pigeon Pose”, as pictured left.
