One Year Of Yoga

Wow! Today Yogi’s and Yogini’s from all over the valley and one from New Mexico, descended upon the Historical Museum Auditorium to demonstrate the beauty of bodies in yoga poses. Everyone was so flexible and amazing in the poses. At the end they had some young yogini’s ages 3-7 demonstrate some poses. They were adorable! I wish they had these more than once a year. The National Competition is in LA in February. I intend to go watch it.
