Day 83: Arm Balance Workshop with Jenn

I decided to take this workshop because I want to learn how to do the arm balances correctly so I won’t hurt myself in class. I learned some very helpful tips. One thing I concluded was the more open and flexible your hips are, the better you can do the arm balances. The other thing, is when doing side plank pose, you can take tree and press your big toe into your straight leg and this will help you lift
