<p>I decided to go to Bikram tonight with my husband.  It was a good class.  Not too hot and I was able to really push myself to my edge in all the poses.  I noticed the biggest improvement in bow pose. 		<description><![CDATA[I was able to make it to the body rolling yoga class today.  Then in the evening, made it to Bikram.  I noticed that my knees did not pop when I came out of triangle pose as they usually do.  I think this is do to the body rolling class earlier today.

		<description><![CDATA[Today&#8217;s class was great!  My lower back felt a little stiff, but other than that I felt great in class!  I also drank a Coconut water during class and I am wondering if that really helped me feel better.  I&#8217;m going to buy some more and test this theory.

Today Yogi&#8217;s and Yogini&#8217;s from all over the valley and one from New Mexico, descended upon the Historical Museum Auditorium to demonstrate the beauty of bodies in yoga poses.  Everyone was so flexible and amazing in the poses.  At the end they had some young yogini&#8217;s ages 3-7 demonstrate some poses. [...]]]></description>

The National Competition is in LA in February.  I intend to go watch it.</p>
