One Year Of Yoga

The heat was ON today! Wow. I took the noon class and it was 101 degrees outside in Scottsdale today and it was still hotter inside. The instructor opened the door to the outside at the end of class to get a breath of fresh air in the room and it was cooler outside than inside. Good ol’ Bikram style! They  really know how to make you sweat!

It felt good to get back to my Bikram roots! I  took class today at the very studio I began Bikram yoga at and started teaching at after getting certified in 2002. My good friend and owner of the studio, Andrea, taught class and it was very energetic and fun!
