I was able to make it to the body rolling yoga class today. Then in the evening, made it to Bikram. I noticed that my knees did not pop when I came out of triangle pose as they usually do. I think this is do to the body rolling class earlier today.

I so do love this class. The exercises with the balls are like giving yourself a massage. I really think this is a helpful class to do at least once a week. It is very good at finding tight spots in your muscles, that you may not even have known you had, and working to release them.

I really love this class! It feels like getting a massage. The balls are squishy and seem to provide just enough pressure to get into your muscles and ligaments and bones. I really think this is therapeutic for any blockages or tightness one may be experiencing.
Jason has done 3 days in a row of Bikram now. He is already noticing better flexibility!
